Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms By using the services provided by Greener-Ease, LLC, including our associated websites greenerase.com, greenerase.net, and any related domain (collectively, “the Service”), you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility By using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, do not use the Service. If we discover that a user is under 13, we reserve the right to delete the account immediately.
3. User Responsibilities As a user of the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself when such information is required for the Service. You agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. 7. Termination If we believe that you are violating these Terms of Service, we may terminate your access to the Service without prior notice. You may also stop using the Service at any time.

Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Greener-Ease, LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Service by you or any person using your account and password.
This indemnification section survives the termination of this agreement and your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on our websites. You are advised to review this Terms of Service periodically for any changes.
10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State in which Greener-Ease, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
